I need help

I’m really considering buying a used PS Portal, but I’m afraid it won't be worth it if I don't have a PS5 and only use cloud streaming. I am planning on buying a PS5 later on, but since I want to play PS5 games without going all out yet (especially since I just moved and don't have a TV), I’d like to know your opinions on using a PS Portal solely with cloud streaming.
