[Hiring] Need help for a short animation film — no/low budget

Hi! I need to create a short 2-3 minute animation film within one week for a school project. I have a very limited budget (free, It’s impossible for me to put up 30, under 10) but I'm super motivated and have ideas ready. I'm looking for someone who could help me animate scenes or guide me on which tool to use. Any help is appreciated! 🙏
