something pretty serious regarding my future... (pls help)

i am in a huge dilemma, 4.6k rank in viteee and 151 in met and 92.7 in boards.

many say i can get good category cse in vellore and cse core in mahe

the thing is if i get vit cse that i want then that will definitely be a great choice and similar for mahe. but idk if i will get cse in mahe and i wanna prefer that over vit vellore but i do not want to let go vit vellore as my option hence im thinking to pay the fees and hence secure my seat. but if i get mahe cse i would want that and hence give the 1st year fees i think whihc is 5lakhs but according to my family conditions right now we will only be able to pay fees for one of these....

please help me on what should i do, are my chances good for cse in mahe ???????
