Advice on choosing a venue, please! Location is Austin, TX

My fiancé and I are down to two choices for venue. For context, we have an estimated guest count of 75, plus 4-5 vendors who will be on site the day of the wedding.

The first is $4300 in July 2027 (or $5300 in June), but we are required to use their in-house catering and bar. They only do plated or family style, so I know this will be more expensive than finding a place that will allow outside catering. We do have a minimum spend of $6000 (or $10,500 in June), but we know we can meet this since they include food, beverage, any rentals, and even cake if we decide to have the pastry chef make a cake in-house. They also provide all glassware, china, flatware, and linens.

Our second venue is $7500 for June 2027, and we can use whatever catering and bar service we like. We have to provide all of our own alcohol. In this venue, we would have to rent one or two bar fronts ($600 each). I’m really unfamiliar with catering prices in Austin or how expensive staffing would be (as we would have to get a full service catering team, required by the venue), plus we would have to get linens, china, glassware, and flatware, so my question is this:

Would the prices of these two options even out? For both venue + catering. If there’s not much of a difference then we’ll just go with whichever we like the most. But if there is a significant difference, that will likely impact our decision!
