First sexual encounter happened quickly after ending long term relationship.

I’m mostly just coming here for input. I recently got out of a long-term relationship (grew apart, couldn’t see a future together, dead bedroom) and two weeks after had a sexual encounter while on vacation.

Immediately after I felt completely disgusted with myself, like I had cheated on my previous partner, and realized I can’t force myself to move on so quickly. However, I recognized that I wanted sexual attention and validation. My question is, is it wrong to engage in or desire sexual behavior so soon after a long relationship ending? I still feel so dirty and disgusting and just need some advice. TIA.
