Auto Nozzle cleaning mid-print?

Hey all. My PETG sticks to my nozzle and causes problems mid-print when they're lengthy. Wondering if there's an easy way to add the nozzle cleaning wipe thing in the middle of a print?

Ideally, would like to do this every 25 percent maybe? Thanks
