Hashimotos?

Does anyone here also have hashimotos? My results are so conflicting even without my cortisol labs returned to me yet. My thyroid antibodies are slightly elevated but not enough to be indicative of Hashimotos. I read that Cushings can suppress the immune system which could be slowing the progression of Hashimotos, and if I get the tumor removed I’ll bounce into full blown Hashimotos. My thyroid levels all came back normal other than antibodies, but I have the symptoms of Cushings. PCOS has also been ruled out completely as my hormones are normal. I have puffy face, central weight gain, purple stretch marks, irregular periods, high blood pressure, muscle weakness and fatigue as well as numerous psychiatric disorders and rage issues.
