What newish sedan (ideally Toyota or Honda) for daily driving

I drive for work, generally anywhere from 40 to 100 miles each day and mostly on a city grid with a few country drives. I'm also 6'6" which makes legroom fairly crucial. I've been driving a 2018 Nissan Altima, but I beat it near to death with this job and the transmission was recently rebuilt.

I was looking for something reliable from toyota or honda with relatively cheap parts and repair when they need it, but I was also leaning toward a hybrid. My thinking on hybrids might be outdated, not sure if their fixes are still expensive, but with gas how it is and much i constantly have to get gas I felt it might be beneficial to have a hybrid.

I know very little about cars so I was hoping yall could put me on to something!
