*NOT MEDICAL ADVICE* has anyone ever been put on a low dose of Roaccutane long term?

I suffer from severely oily skin and am awaiting an appointment at dermatology. I was on a course of Roaccutane as a teenager which completely cleared my acne and stopped oiliness but years later the extreme oiliness has returned but not the acne. I’m wondering if a low dose of Roaccutane long term would likely be an option, I’ve never heard of anyone being prescribed this though.
