Double charged for two years

Everyone check how you're billed! I just checked my paypal and noticed I've been charged for years twice. 11 dollars by Xsolla originally, then there was a charge for 8.97 from Paddle that started in addition to that in around 2024. I didn't authorize that but I reached out to voicemod support and they said they weren't going to refund me as it was against their policy. It's against policy to make up for our own mistakes?
