Dividing grid into regions.

Suppose we have 8×8 grid numbered from 1 to 64 starting with top left corner and placing numbers to the right,then going to the second row and so on.In how many ways can you divide the grid into 5 connected regions such that each region has the same sum of numbers? I found 2 distinct solutions by hand.
