Cold turkey

So i made it 63 hours of withdrawal from about 160mg to 200mg a day for roughly 2 months. My symptoms physically were pretty brutal compared to other people. Skin crawling was awful. I must be more sensitive to it. Anyways at 63 hours I used 80 mg yesterday and have 80mg to use today then plan to cold turkey again. Did I reset everything?
