SJS - Lamaictal Rash

I’m spiraling a bit. My derm says it’s not severe yet, but I’ve read the horror stories about how fast Lamictal SJS moves. I've been told I'll be fine, but the anxiety is hitting hard.
Has anyone else here dealt with a "mild" or early-detected case? How long did it take to peak? If you have a success story, please share it—I could really use the light at the end of the tunnel right now.
