Exhaust help

Hi I’m looking to get some headers and a midpipe so I can gain some power what would be the best for a automatic transmission setup? Idk if I should do a cat delete or get high flow cats just looking for some advice.

Note- I have a Tomei muffler rn I get the sound but not the power gains
