Her tone when speaking to baba

In one of her lives she stated that sometimes her kids get scared when baba lashes out and I have a problem with this because, the tone that Sarah uses with baba is so un kind and sounds very rude that yeah obviously she’s not going to listen, also dementia patients don’t understand things so why is she thinking she’ll be able to reason with her by saying let’s go inside now? As someone who had 2 dementia grandparents I feel like it’s common knowledge to have to treat them like a toddler lol. So no wonder baba lashes out all the time and the kids get upset.
