Integrate Outlook work calendar with Apple Calendar

Hi,

I always had my Outlook work agenda integrated by having it added under "Exchange" in the Calendar. By doing so, calendars would sync both ways, and I could use my Apple Calendar app on my phone, also for work.

However, since my company switched to "Modern Work", limiting integration across platform I get the message: "You are trying to open this resource with a client app that is not in line with the security policy for apps"

Does anybody know a workaround for this?
