M24 ,Lower right middle abdominal pain that has been going on for around 30-40 mins straight

M24 , it happened while I was taking a dump, I might be having slouched posture sitting and scrolling phone like I always do. The Lower right middle abdominal pain started happening right after I washed my hands after I left the toilet. And the pain started going on for 30-40 minutes straight. I just took a dump so it might not be constipation issues either. Please help me, doctors. I really hope the pain will go away asap.
