Help!!

I used the Kopy app with my Shopify store and my sales channel is Tik Tok. I made my first sale and the shipping was purchased not by me. I guess that’s a good sign? I’m not sure if the product is going to be fulfilled correctly. I need some advice on what I need to do and what I’m missing when it comes to fulfillment of the product!
