ADHD has been released from its cage

I have only taken 2 doses and this week I am ALL OVER the place. I'm supposed to take my third dose tomorrow and I'm worried. Ive emailed my Doctor to seek guidance but omg. Someone tell me they had similar circumstances and it got better. Not asking for medical advice. Just emotional support.
