What’s up with all these YouTube? Live streams of family sleeping in these little huts?

What’s up with an explosion of videos of families sleeping in a little tiny hut and there’s some sort of water feature that keeps going up and down and just now I looked and there’s like five or six different channels that have different families sleeping and they even have a “SUBSCRIBE” sign. like what do you even call this??
