event rewards glitching?

its the second time that ive noticed this this month, so im starting to feel like im not crazy anymore. i just sent my birb out for an adventure and didnt get to claim my event prize for this month. i feel like this also isn’t the first time, but i always open the app quitr late in the day so i have chucked it up to me just being tired, but now im 100% certain i didnt do anything wrong yet i still am missing my reward for the day…. am i crazy? am i the only one experiencing this?
