What Has Happened to The Human Race?

I’m sorry but I have to say this . I’m starting to regret my childhood. It was too ideal. People on social media are so weird and evil. They are on Twitter, Instagram and TikTok spreading all this fear mongering about how the youth are being manipulated and they all hadn’t grown and there’s a word used going around “cooked.” . I grew up in the 2000’s into the 2010’s and I hate that in this decade, people wanna say some horrible and ugly untruths about the world we live in . It makes me question my whole childhood and live. Like was my childhood, the life I was living a whole a lie?

No it wasn’t, I would ask people on this earth to shut up and get off social media and stop this nonsense and madness. Fear mongering is a disease of the mind. It makes us one step only into social discourse and I hate how we as a species have done so .

I remember going to Disneyland and the theater and seeing a musical, my mom supporting my goals of being a creative artist. Now today, society and people on social media have become so much worse than it was. People go on these apps to spread hate, division and violence. There’s nothing I would love more than to see people being reminded of what Fred Rogers who said

“There are three ways to ultimate success. The first way is to be kind. The second way is to be kind. The third way is to be kind”. Heck I remember watching his show every day.

What has the world become?

I’m asking a legitimate question. Not to sound old or bitchy (sorry Fred) but what happened?
