Odds of a Dexter reference in GTA 6?

The mapping project has Bay Harbor in Vice City (I know it won’t be called Bay Harbor but will have an equivalent neighborhood.) I feel like there wouldn’t be any real reason not to reference it, I feel like it’s one of the few “modern” pieces of media that is set in Miami that people still give a shit about.
