Buying TH18 Legacy Unranked or High Rank

Looking to buy an account with:

-Good meta equipment (lv24+): Meteor Staff, Rocket Backpack, Action Figure, Mirror, Sticky Horse, Giant Gauntlet, Spikey Ball, Rocket Spear

-2 owners max, preferably with old receipts in email to give me after I purchase the account in case it gets banned and I want to appeal

-Supercell ID changeable (not the game name, but the account center name that's only changeable once)

-Legacy rank of 999 or better, or no legacy rank at all visible due to never being in legacy Legends League (old Legends League rank not visible on profile)
