CFI or keep corporate job

Commercial pilot here - Go get my CFI ratings and leave my corporate job (6 figure pay, health benefits in HCOL city), or stay at my job and continue paying for my flight time. Job hours are pretty flexible and I'm able to fly ~15 hours per month. 26 years old, end goal is airlines but am open to part 135 life. Thanks people I'd love to hear your thoughts. Have heard CFI job market is brutal?
