BDSP Shiny Hunting Palkia Question

First time posting here!

I do have a question that has been running through my mind as I soft-reset Palkia for the shiny.

I was looking into how the 'blink method' works in ways where essentially based on that animation and seed that you should be destined to get the shiny. However, perhaps I'm missing something, but let's say were I to save right in front of Palkia and continuously do the same exact movement, same time of pressing A to start the encounter, wouldn't it just be the same every time?

Just figure I asked before I go toooo deep into the Shiny Hunt currently at 1,100 and I'd hate to be doing something wrong! 😄
