Workout calories vs. Total calories

30 min elliptical...

When you enter workout data (because start workout didnt track) shealth clocks this as:

170 workout calories / 170 total calories.

When you start a workout under no target shealth clocks the same 30 min workout as:

37 workout calories / 170 total calories.

What am I missing here? Why is there this difference happening? (Thank You in advance!)
