Intense upper neck pain

Hi December bumpers! I am currently 10w and experiencing an intense upper neck pain on my right side. It usually gets worse at the end of the day, and I can feel the pain in my arm. Anyone else experiencing something similar? So worried that it might be related to ectopic pregnancy. I have not other symptoms though.
