Curious whether anyone researching behavior changes has looked into how people are increasingly using ChatGPT or Perplexity instead of traditional search. It feels like a meaningful shift in discovery habits may already be happening, but I haven’t seen much user research around what this means for websites and traffic patterns.I started monitoring referral changes through Zen Reports after noticing unexpected sessions because I wanted a better understanding of whether AI-driven discovery is growing meaningfully.
