Cursor said "wired" — half my execution paths had never actually run together

Question / Discussion

Hit a weird scaling wall recently.

Around ~45 Python files with agents, cron jobs, Twilio flows, routing logic etc, I realized imports/tests/heartbeats had stopped meaning much.

Cursor would say things were wired because files existed and checks passed, but some execution paths had literally never run together on the live flow.

Didn't notice until downstream stuff started silently failing weeks later.

Curious if other people building larger systems have run into this.
