Anti-skate not matching tracking force?

I swapped headshells and cartridges on my AT LP120X recently so I recalibrated my tone arm. Set the tracking force to the recommended 2g for a VM95SH. I set the anti-skate to 2 to match it, but on an acrylic platter it was drifting back to the outer edge unless I set the anti-skate to .5

Is that okay/normal?
