How To Find "Cooperative" Primary Care Physicians?

Understand going down the bio-hacker road is a lonely one, at times, but here in the USA (at least in my experience), getting certain tests, when you aren't actively showing enough symptoms...I feel like I'm always having to fight tooth-and-nail to get some of these pretty basic tests/scans ordered (like an abdominal ultrasound)...even when I say I'll pay out of pocket (and I have insurance). I'm at the point of wanting to change my primary care physician...but I don't want to jump to another doctor without vetting for how "friendly" they are to people who proactively want to monitor and improve their health.

Any advice?
