What to do when your partner tries to mother you? 27F 27M

so, i know this topic can be upsetting to alot of women but i frankly dont think i fall under the category of man child., so i dont understand why my girlfriend acts the way she does. here are some examples,

Has been telling me to go to the dentist (i had a cleaning last year, its REALLY not super important to me) and will go out of her way to try to make me an appointment, and ill try to tell her i dont need that at this moment in time. she gets really upset and calls me a man child.

i work 13 hour shifts and will come home, make dinner, do the dishes and whatever else house chores i need to do and i do not complain whatsoever. i like my space clean. but the other morning, i woke up late because she turned my alarm off for work. i had to run out of the house, and i left my pants on the floor. i get a text with a bunch of pictures of this one pair of my pants on the floor with the caption "NO" i said i understand what you're saying here, but i clean up all the time i just had to run out of the house this morning (literally) she said it doesnt matter shes not my mom. she doesnt go to work and stays home.

i have told her many, many times about my Meal Prep. i usually am pretty good at doing it, sometimes i will forget and get lunch while im out but i forgot it the other day and asked her nicely if she could do it for me. i have explained to her several times i gotta eat ALL of it, splitting it up defeats the purpose. she fights with me a bunch but says fine. ill make it. i get home, give her a big hug and kiss and i put it into a bowl and i eat it. she stares at me, standing in the kitchen before picking up a pot, slamming it on the stove cussing at me and locks herself in the bathroom. she says she was very upset that i didnt get her anything coming home from work and that im a man child who cant even cook his own dinner (again, i cook dinner for the both of us every night)

im at a loss on how to deal with this. her constantly insulting me is getting pretty old.
