What is it going to take for people already established in the movie industry to make movies like the below examples again ?

In my honest opinion , the movies Apocalypto ( 2006 ) , Gladiator ( 2000) , and The Last Samurai ( 2003 ) were really excellent even if they’re not completely historically accurate. I and several people i’ve talked with , want to see more historical , thriller , action , revenge movies made on historical people from past eras especially other native american tribes like the incas , aztecs , apaches , comanches , cherokees , inuits , etc. I liked how in Apocalypto it was revenge against a hostile tribe only to realize the bigger threat has come ( european colonizers ). What if someone made another movie like apocalypto where they get revenge against a hostile tribe or against european colonizers even ? I’m also open to hearing peoples thoughts on cultures from past eras in the old world like the last samurai and gladiator. There’s already so many modern revenge thriller movies like john wick , death sentence , beekeeper , and many others. With those kind of revenge . thriller movies continuing to be made. Gladiator 2 was a failure in my opinion. I was not impressed but , i’m just one person out of 349 million people in the US and 8.3 billion people of the whole world. So what will it take to make historical , revenge , thriller movies like apocalypto , the last samurai , and gladiator again ?
