Can research and GPA overcome relatively low MCAT

I unfortunately scored a 514 on my MCAT and I was wondering if good research (4500 hrs, 2 first authors published/pre-print, 2 co-authors, and 3 in prep) and a 3.88 GPA can make up for it, especially at T15 programs where the MCAT average is 518+?
