Question: X2D printing PLA using auxiliary nozzle gets stuck every 5-10 minutes

Hey everyone! I got my X2D a few days ago and I'm already running into some issues. I was printing a simple organizer using the auxiliary nozzle with PLA at 220°C, but the filament kept getting stuck every 5–10 minutes. Each time it happened, I had to pull the filament out and push it back in to continue.

Is 220°C too high or too low for PLA with this nozzle? Or could I be missing some setting?

This is my first printer, so any help is appreciated : )
