NPC abuse

They need to do something about this because this is getting out of hand, and it's so frustrating.

Imagine you're fighting someone. This dude has a vampiric trait. You're so close to defeating him, then he came up to an npc and effortlessly get half of his health back.

Imagine how frustrating that is.
