Hang up the fastest GM awards

I saw a video of nba GMs watching prospects and when they showed presti, he was covering his mouth the whole time while on the phone. Seems like something Howie Rosemen would also do, so in honor of that, I thought of the above subject line based on bills “who hangs up the fastest” in a trade. Can’t say I know too much about baseball and hockey gms so really just basketball and football.

I think the battle for 1 is presti vs Howie and then after that, it’s not even close 3. Maybe Brad Steven, Eric Decosta…,
