Is she usable without Yao Guang (for endgame)?

So, I jokingly used 10 pulls on her and actually got her, but I already have SW999, Yao Guang, Sparkle, and Huohuo on one team. I'm thinking about making a team with Evanescia, MC Elation, Sparkle, and Huohuo, and putting DHPT on the SW999 team. I'm struggling a lot to clear endgame content because I don't have a second team to do it, so I want to know if it's viable to build these 2 comps, roll for Evanescia's Light Cone, and invest in building her, but I'm afraid that maybe it's not worth investing.
