Can PSA ship graded cards internationally after Collect-A-Con submissions?

Attending Collect-A-Con soon while traveling in the US and thinking about submitting a few childhood cards for grading.

This would be my first time grading cards, and since I live outside the US, I was wondering:

Do PSA on-site submissions allow international return shipping once the cards are graded? Or would I need a US address/mail forwarding service?

Would appreciate any advice from people who’ve done this before.
