6 hours of PT

I started a new job needing to not be “the boss” I stepped down into an assistant manager position. The job is physically demanding. It aggravated my carpel tunnel into severe, I had surgery last year ands was off 3 months after surgery and sent back to work. Back less than a week and tore ACL and meniscus and back of work. I had ACL surgery and work won’t let me go back until I can be full duty. I was originally scheduled for 2 1 hour sessions a week, doctor recently upped it to 2 6 hour sessions. My knee is not taking it well.
Anyone else been sent to 6 hours of PT?
