Season pass and magic queue

I’m looking at buying one season pass and then using the free guest tickets for our family.

If I buy a season pass that comes with free guest tickets and want to get everyone magic queue, do I get the season pass holder discount on those guest tickets magic queue or do I pay the regular full price for magic queue?

Same question for the Dine with Elmo and Friends: do i get the season pass holder discount on that for everyone in our group, or just the season pass holder?

Is Magic Queue necessary on a weekday in early June? How long are ride lines without it? (I hate waiting in lines. Probably not doing the waterpark.)
