We want a baby but I can’t preg her

Ugh, the most frustrating, ball-shriveling reality as a guy: I literally can’t get my wife pregnant. We’ve tried everything and nada. I feel so fucking useless, like my dick’s just decorative at this point.
She refuses a test tube baby—wants it “natural” or nothing. So I’m over here swallowing my massive pride, asking if any actual fertile men want to help us out? Serious only. This infertility bullshit has me in my feelings.
