Missing a car

Hey guys,

I know this might not be the right sub, but is there any way to find my car if its in some garage and i dont know where, using only the keys and the car’s license/registration? its under my name

and if i went to the police, would they help without filing an official report? I’d rather avoid that because its kind of a family issue.

Thanks anyways
