Buying silver in Bolivia.

Any one have any info? Where? Prices? Coins or bullion to look for?

I am traveling to Bolivia in about a month and one thing I want to try and experiment with is to try and buy an ounce of silver well under spot value. My hypothesis is that I can trade my American dollars for a much more favorable “blue rate” in a cambia casa for bolivianos instead of at a local bank or the airport and then exchange bolivianos for silver, ultimately getting it for way less than I would buying silver bullion at spot price in the us for US dollars.
