anyone else feel like casino sessions are way more fun in theory than in reality sometimes?

weird thought but I noticed this after playing last night

before starting a session I’ll be thinking stuff like:
“nice, gonna relax a bit, maybe hit a bonus, just chill for an hour”

and in my head it always sounds more exciting than what actually happens 😭

because then the real session is usually:
dead spins
checking balance too often
switching games out of boredom
convincing myself one more bonus changes everything

and somehow 90 mins disappear instantly

not even saying it’s bad exactly, just funny how the idea of gambling sometimes feels more exciting than actually sitting there clicking spin over and over

then the second I stop playing my brain is like “maybe tomorrow’s session will be better” lol

does anyone else get that or am I just becoming weirdly self aware about this stuff lately?
