SpiceJet cancellation refunds for medical reasons

Hi, as the title says, I had booked a spice jet flight from BLR to DEL (ik, not booking them ever again after this) which i will not be able to board due to medical reasons. I have a certificate stating the same. Has anyone tried cancelling flights based on medical grounds, and does spice jet provide full refunds?
