Cloud Phones: How do you target the US audience without a physical SIM card?

I am testing cloud phones to scale my accounts, but I have hit a frustrating audience targeting issue. Because the cloud phone is a virtual device, I obviously cannot insert a physical US/UK SIM card into it.

As a result, TikTok seems to be pushing my automated videos to random countries or the local region of the cloud server, rather than my actual target market (the US).

For those successfully running cloud phone matrixes, how are you forcing the algorithm to push your videos to the US For You Page?

Are you using specific GPS spoofing apps inside the virtual phone, tweaking the timezone settings, or is connecting a high-quality US proxy enough to override the missing SIM card? I would love to know your exact setup for locking in the right region.
