15 weeks pregnant and breastfeeding my 19 month old disgusts me now (aversion?)

Support Needed

It's really bizarre. I have struggled with him in the past wanting to comfort nurse for an hour. This was happening maybe 2 or 3 months ago. I could tell he wasn't actively eating and I hated how it felt. I actually felt like I was being molested.

We night weaned him and it has been much better. He stopped waking up 6 times a night to nurse. Things were going good for a while. But recently I cannot STAND him nursing. I get that same creepy crawly feeling. I'm not sure if he is actually eating now either or just twiddling my boob in his mouth. I've cut back to only nursing to only 1-2 times a day and only 5-10 minutes at a time because it was literally crushing my mental health.

I feel guilty about it, but I really want to stop. It was never my intention to stop this early, but it's affecting my mental health and I actually dread breastfeeding now. I have to bring my phone with me to distract me while I'm breastfeeding him otherwise I can't stand to have him on me.

I have read that nursing aversion can happen during pregnancy. I'm not sure if that's what happening or what...

I just feel sad about the entire situation. Idk if there are any solutions other than stopping.
