Cramping for hours with any physical exertion
I've been having absolutely excruciating sharp stabbing abdominal pain for many hours after I exercise (especially weightlifting), to the point where I have to stop my workout early because I'm so doubled over. The pain lasts for many hours afterwards. Embarrassingly, this also happens before/during/after an orgasm as well, to the point that I'm nervous to do anything sexual due to the immense pain. It feels like someone is gouging my insides downward through my abdomen with an ice pick. Does anyone know how to help this or make it stop?? OTC painkillers don't put a dent in it.
(Important things I feel I should mention: I have been on depo-provera for 6 years which, until a few months ago, has done a good job at fully ceasing my periods and almost completely getting rid of cramps. I don't "get a period", but ever since this excruciating pain started I've been having extremely short bouts of bleeding pretty much all the time, which is highly unusual for me. I do not have an endometriosis diagnosis, but I will be going into a diagnostic surgery for it in a couple of months.)
I don't know why this suddenly started back in January :( my periods were always very painful pre-birth control, but the BC helped the pain super well until the last few months. Any help is greatly appreciated
